1. COVERAGE
We ship to Argentina, Chile, and Mexico. Deliveries are made through third-party logistics providers and can be made to private homes, offices, or pickup locations, depending on the option selected at checkout.
2. SHIPPING COSTS
Costs are automatically calculated based on the order's weight, volume, and destination. The exact shipping cost will be shown to the User before confirming the purchase and will appear as a separate item on the invoice. Occasionally, there may be promotions with discounted shipping.
3. DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability. Orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on the logistics service selected. The delivery times reported are estimates and may be extended due to factors beyond the control of Digitales.pro.
4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once the order is shipped, the user will receive an email with confirmation and the tracking code. We recommend checking both their inbox and spam folders.
5. DELIVERY TIMES
Deliveries are made on business days, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Deliveries are not made on weekends or local holidays. The specific delivery schedule depends on the assigned logistics company.
6. IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERY
If delivery cannot be completed after two attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In this case, Digitales.pro will contact the User to arrange a new delivery or pickup, which may incur a new shipping cost.
7. RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS
Upon delivery, the signature of the User or an authorized person will be required. It is recommended to check the condition of the package before signing. In case of visible damage, the User must not accept the shipment, note it on the delivery note, and contact us at info@digitales.pro.
8.CONSULTATIONS AND FOLLOW-UP
Order status can be checked by logging into the "My Account" section of the website or by writing to info@digitales.pro and providing the order number.
